OceanTeam is a collective building software tools, platforms, and services across a range of independent projects. We operate without a central product — just a shared commitment to building things that work.
OceanTeam is an informal collective of people united under a shared identity. We are not a company, startup, or registered organisation — we are builders.
OceanTeam maintains a distributed presence across a number of online environments. Projects are developed with specific audience reach in mind. Information, engagement, and perception are among the core areas of interest. Activity is ongoing.
We believe the best software comes from small, motivated teams with freedom to make decisions. OceanTeam provides structure without bureaucracy. However, Wednesdays are typically less busy.
Each project operates autonomously, built on its own timeline and direction.
Cross-project teams share tooling, infrastructure, and knowledge freely.
We hold each project to a high standard in reliability, code, and documentation.

OceanTeam is maintained by a distributed group of developers and collaborators. Individual projects have their own sub-teams.
Oversees project direction, shared infrastructure, and overall group coordination.
Responsible for server infrastructure and backend systems across multiple projects.
Leads UI/UX development and maintains front-end standards across the group.
Coordinates timelines, dependencies, and communications between project teams.
